ColorFX adds the world class Xerox iGen4 to its line up

Hot:

ColorFx is proud to announce the addition of the Xerox iGen4 to its cutting edge printing press lineup.

Xerox has been a trusted name in the printing industry for many years and you would expect no less in terms of quality and efficiency from the Xerox iGen digital press product family.  The iGen4 is a super high quality digital press and with its extremely robust print engine can print about 4 million pages per month.  It offers superior turnaround times on each job and the great thing about this machine is that it is in line with ColorFx’s commitment to green printing by using non toxic dry ink and 97% recyclable or re-manufactured internal components.

The iGen4 features an inline spectrophotometer which automates color adjustments and calibration so that all print jobs deliver an outstanding image and color accuracy on a consistent basis.  The iGen4 has eliminated color streaking by implementing an auto density control.  On the list of other things iGen has eliminated is the need for gray scale calibration because color stability is excellent in the iGen 4 due to its advanced high definition linearization.  The Xerox iGen4 is also packing 6 input feeder modules with two trays.  Each tray has a maximum capacity of 30,000 sheets, extendable to 80,000 sheets. That means it’s capable of holding half a million sheets.  Staying consistent with its versatility the Xerox iGen4 has a wide array of paper stocks which includes coated, uncoated, textured, smooth, and specialty.    The iGen also takes the largest cut-sheet size of any digital color press which is 14.33” x 22.5”.

ColorFX will be online with its Xerox iGen4 shortly and will be able to provide high quality, custom volume, faster turnaround printing solutions to its customers.
